For confirmed reservations, one night's accommodation fee is requested as a deposit via bank transfer or mail order from your credit card. You can make the remaining payment when checking out by credit card (single payment), installment or cash.
Installment options are available for all WORLD, BONUS, MAXIMUM and PARAF credit cards for stays of 10,000 TL and above as of September 10, 2025.

Check-in and check-out times:During the season, guests can check in after 2:00 PM and must check out by 12:00 PM noon on the departure day. We may offer flexibility on these times depending on room availability. Guests can continue to use the pool and beach after checking out of their rooms.
Due to high reservation volume during the season, please make advance payments to our bank accounts only after receiving reservation confirmation from our front desk staff, and notify our reservation staff of your payment via email, fax or phone.
Advance payment refunds for reservation cancellations are processed provided that our reservation staff are notified at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Pets are not accepted at our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
